It has come to my notice that one of Martlets’ Coaches has enacted “BAD PRACTICE” and this must not happen again by ANY coach of ANY grade nor any well-meaning club archer, whether a member of Martlets or any other organisation/association/county or country.
We are putting together a NEW coaching team to work & support a NEW County Team with progressive development to gain success at inter-county matches. EVERY level of Coach is welcome so we can mentor BOTH you & the archer to grow together, plus you will gain CPD points to help your Coach Licence renewal as ALL levels now need CPD points. Travel expenses will be paid by Sussex County AA based on mileage.
This is a preliminary meeting before the Team Get-togethers on the 2nd/3rd of April. We’re gathering to discuss protocols Sussex requires during these two days and prepare for the task. It would be great to see as many of you as possible at our Preliminary meeting to enlighten you further and explain the protocols that Sussex requires at its two Team get-together/training days in April. EVERY level of Coach is welcome so we can mentor both you & the archers to grow together.
